Free allowance
Each organisation (team) has 750 MB of free cloud storage for protocols and media.
Additional storage (monthly, incl. VAT)
The Pricing page lists monthly add-on S3 storage packages (prices include VAT), for example:

Figures follow the pricing page; if the site is updated, those values take precedence.
Add or change storage
Storage add-ons are managed in the app under Account & subscription (Stripe billing). Typical flow:
- Open Account & subscription in settings.
- Select the storage package you need.
- Confirm the change (checkout or portal, depending on your billing status).
After confirmation, the new allowance applies according to your billing period; see Pricing for current prices.
When storage is full
If the available quota is exceeded, no new data can be saved until there is enough space again or you book extra storage.
You should see a notice; you can upgrade storage or delete archive/protocol data you no longer need. Existing protocols are not lost. Protocols that cannot be completed because of storage can be finished after freeing space or upgrading.
After cancelling add-on storage
If you cancel a storage add-on, the higher allowance ends at the end of the billing period (or as shown in the portal). Usage above the remaining quota blocks new uploads until you free space or re-subscribe.
