I didn't receive the verification or login email

Normally, verification emails, login links, password reset emails, and one-time login codes arrive within a few seconds.

If your email hasn’t arrived, don’t worry. In most cases the issue is temporary and can be resolved with the steps below.

1. Wait a few minutes

Although deep.rent sends emails immediately, some email providers temporarily delay incoming messages because of spam filtering or security checks.

Please wait 5–10 minutes before requesting another email.

2. Check your Spam or Junk folder

Many email providers automatically move new emails into folders such as:

  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Bulk Mail
  • Promotions
  • Clutter
  • Quarantine (company email systems)

If you find the email there:

  • mark it as Not Spam
  • move it to your Inbox
  • for personal mailboxes: add deep.rent to your contacts or safe senders (if your provider offers this)

This helps future emails arrive correctly.

3. Verify your email address

A small typing mistake is one of the most common reasons why emails never arrive.

For example:

  • .de instead of .com
  • missing letters
  • additional spaces
  • incorrect company domain

If you are unsure, register again using the correct email address.

4. Request a new email

If the email has still not arrived after a few minutes, request a new verification or login email.

deep.rent automatically generates a new authentication request while ensuring your account remains secure.

5. Company email addresses often have additional security

Many organizations protect their email systems with advanced security and spam filters. In rare cases, this can delay emails, move them to quarantine, or reject them entirely.

If you use a business email address and still do not receive emails from deep.rent, please contact your IT department.

They can check in particular:

  • whether the message was held in spam or quarantine,
  • whether emails from deep.rent or the email service used for delivery are being blocked,
  • whether policies or filter rules are preventing delivery.

Whitelisting a single sender address does not always fix the issue — filters often apply at the domain, sender, or infrastructure level.

6. We automatically retry temporary delivery failures

In rare situations, the receiving email server temporarily rejects an email even though the email address is correct.

When this happens, deep.rent automatically retries delivery in the background.

During this time:

  • your verification or login link remains valid
  • you do not need to create another account
  • the email may still arrive after a short delay

7. Try another email address

If your company email repeatedly fails while personal email accounts work normally, the issue is likely related to your organization’s email security.

If possible, test with another email provider, for example:

  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • iCloud

If the alternative address receives the email immediately, your company mail system is likely filtering or rejecting the original email.

8. Still no email?

If none of the steps above help, please contact deep.rent Support.

Please include:

  • the email address you used for registration
  • approximately when you requested the email
  • whether this was:
    • registration
    • login
    • password reset
    • email verification
  • whether you are using:
    • a private email provider
    • a company email address

This information helps us investigate the delivery as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should delivery take?

Usually only a few seconds.

Occasionally, some email providers may delay delivery by several minutes.

Does requesting another email invalidate the previous one?

For security reasons, only the most recent authentication request should be used.

If you requested multiple emails, always use the newest login link or verification email.

Why does Gmail work but my company email doesn’t?

Many companies use stricter spam filters, security gateways, or quarantine systems than consumer providers. Legitimate emails can be delayed or rejected — regardless of the visible sender address. IT can usually review mail filters and quarantine settings.

Can deep.rent guarantee email delivery?

deep.rent sends authentication emails immediately and automatically retries temporary delivery issues whenever possible.

However, the final delivery always depends on the recipient’s email provider and its security policies.
