Billing cycle

Protocols

Protocols completed in a given calendar month are billed at month end.

The quantity discount for that period is based on the total number of protocols created in that billing month and is applied automatically.

Invoice

Invoices are issued electronically. Payment methods include SEPA direct debit and credit card (see Setting up billing).

Storage

Booked storage packages are charged monthly while they remain active (separate from usage-based protocol billing).
