Retention periods

Under Settings → Default settings → Retention periods you define after how many days protocols in the archive are shown as inactive — per protocol occasion.

Set values

1. Open Retention periods.
2. Enter days for each occasion (e.g. handover, takeback).
3. Save.

0 days means no automatic inactivation for that occasion.

Effect

Expired protocols remain in the archive but are marked inactive — see also Archive (overview).
