Links and documents
Under Settings → Master data → Links and documents you create static links that can be assigned to objects — e.g. terms and conditions, privacy policy, house rules, or PDF documents on the web.
Where to find it
- Open Settings (gear icon in the app).
- Under Master data, tap Links and documents.
The list is searchable. On desktop you see name and URL; expand a row to open the link directly.
Create a new link
Tap + (Create) in the header and enter:
| Field | Content |
|---|---|
| Link name | Display label — e.g. Privacy policy, Terms, House rules |
| Link URL | Website or document address (with https://) |
If the URL has no http:// or https://, https:// is added automatically when saving.
Edit existing links
Tap an entry in the list to change name and URL, or delete the link.
Use on objects
Links created here are master data — they are not attached to every object automatically, but:
- selected and assigned when creating or editing an object, or
- set as default links per object type under Object types.
Assigned links stay on the object and appear in the protocol — participants can open them there (e.g. legal notices or documentation).
Typical examples
- Terms and conditions
- Privacy / data protection policy
- House rules or lease annex
- Link to a PDF on your website
- Waste disposal or energy certificate information
