Master data export & import

Under Settings → Tools → Master data export & import you export or restore master data as a JSON file.

Export

1. Choose Export.
2. Select records: Sectors, Checklists, Equipment, Occasions, Text modules.
3. Save the file (.drsettings extension).

Import

1. Choose Import and select the previously exported file.
2. The app applies the master data to your workspace.

Note: Import may replace or merge existing entries depending on the file — consider a backup before importing.

Difference from CSV import

• JSON export/import — settings master data (sectors, checklists, …)
• CSV import — addresses, contacts, and objects from spreadsheets
