Checklists
Under Settings → Master data → Checklists you configure inspection catalogs used when creating a protocol to rate the condition of existing sectors.
Checklists are not maintained on the object master data itself. They appear during protocol capture when a matching sector is opened and the checklist’s filter criteria apply.
Where to find it
- Open Settings (gear icon in the app).
- Under Master data, tap Checklists.
The overview can be filtered by object category and searched. The table shows key filters at a glance (address, object type, cause, object).
Create a new checklist
- Tap + (Create) in the header.
- Alternatively: AI generator — guided assistant for sectors and checklists (see below).
- Checklists can also be imported from setup (Quick setup).
Edit a checklist
Name and icon
- Name — checklist title (required).
- Icon — optional, shown in the protocol.
Check items (rating system)
Each checklist supports up to 6 check items. Tap + to choose the type:
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Defect | Negative — e.g. “At least one point applies” |
| OK | Positive — e.g. “All points apply” |
| Mint | Positive — like-new condition |
| Text | Custom statement — free-form title |
For each item, add examples as chips — concrete criteria or wording (e.g. Radiator works, Wall paint undamaged).
That builds a rating system: during the protocol, the inspector picks the matching item and thus Defect, OK, Mint, or a text answer.
AI per check item
Next to New check entry, use Generate entries with AI (flash icon):
- Requires a checklist name, item title, and type (Defect / OK / Mint / Text).
- AI suggests up to 5 criteria — based on checklist name, object category, and rating type.
- Review suggestions and add them as chips, or edit them.
Filter and assignment
Under Filter and assignment, you control when the checklist is offered in a protocol. It only appears on a sector if all configured criteria match.
| Filter | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Object category | e.g. real estate or vehicle only |
| Protocol cause | e.g. handover, move-out, sale — one or more causes |
| Address | Only objects at selected locations |
| Object | Only selected objects |
| Object type | e.g. apartment but not office |
| Sectors | Checklist only in specific sectors — e.g. Bathroom, Kitchen |
For most filters: All (toggle) or a selection — allowing very narrow or broad rules.
Example: Checklist Bathroom plumbing → category real estate, cause handover, sector Bathroom, object type apartment.
Available sectors and object types are configured under Sectors and Object types.
AI generator (checklists & sectors)
On the checklist overview (prominent on mobile, otherwise via navigation): AI generator — Create sectors and checklists with AI.
The assistant walks you through:
- Choose object category
- Choose object type(s) (optional custom input)
- Choose protocol causes
- Select sectors to save and optionally attach checklists
- Choose checklists to generate
- Review results — AI suggestions are non-binding; adjust before use
Generated checklists can then be edited, filtered, and refined like manual entries.
Checklists in a protocol
When creating a protocol, open a sector that has matching checklists assigned. Answer the check items there — the documented condition (Defect, OK, Mint, Text) is included in the protocol.
