Password & account

These features are in the user menu: open the profile area in the header ( “My data” with your email). You will find Settings, Log out, and the Danger zone.

Password is optional

You can sign in without a fixed password (magic link on the web, OTP in the app) — see Registration and login.

Setting or changing a password is optional. It adds a sign-in method but is not required if you stay passwordless.

Forgot password (signed out)

• On the login screen or in the sign-in sheet with password mode, choose Forgot password.
• Enter your email and follow the message.

Change password (signed in)

• In the user menu, open the Settings accordion.
• Choose Update password.
• A dialog asks for current password, new password, and confirmation.
  Note: If you have been using a passwordless account, the current password field may stay empty (supported for passwordless accounts). The new password must be at least 6 characters.

Profile (“My data”)

• The top row (My data) opens contact editing; see My data.
• Keep your email up to date so invites, magic links, and codes reach you.

The same accordion includes language, dark mode, permissions, and reset signature, independent of password. Overview: Settings.

Log out

• Use the Log out button below the accordions.
• After confirmation, you are signed out and returned to the login screen.
• Local data on the device (e.g. cached objects or files) is not automatically erased when you log out — it may remain on the device until you remove it otherwise or delete the app/data.

Danger zone: Leave team

In the Danger zone accordion, choose Leave team (warning/orange style).

• You are asked to confirm leaving all teams / workspaces where you are not the owner.
• If you are only an owner and have no other non-owner memberships, the action is not available (message that there are no additional teams to leave).
• After confirmation, the app performs the operation on the server; you get a success or error toast.
