My data

The first row in the user menu is labelled “My data” (with an avatar and your email under the title). Tapping it opens contact editing for your account.

What happens when you tap

  • The contact editor opens for your user account (context user).
  • You maintain the data tied to you as a person in the app — e.g. name, contact fields, company, depending on the form.
  • Where supported, you can add or change an address for the user contact.
  • After the editor closes, the app refreshes what you see in the menu (e.g. name in the header / popover).

How the data is used

  • Your contact details show up in protocols and documents wherever the acting or assigned user is displayed.
  • Keeping them up to date matters for invites, signatures, and clear attribution in documentation.

Same editor elsewhere

  • Under Device users, the main user row (first radio option) has a pencil — it opens the same My data editing flow for your primary account.
