App installation
Install the app — open the store or desktop page:
At the top of this page you will find large buttons that open the App Store, Google Play, or the Windows desktop entry page (demo links).
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- Open the App Store — fastest via the iOS (App Store) button above.
- Or search for deep.rent / Protocol (or the name your organization uses).
- Tap Get / Install, then launch the app.
Android
- Open Google Play — use the Android (Google Play) button above.
- Or search for deep.rent (or your org’s listing).
- Tap Install, then open the app.
Windows
- Use the Windows (desktop) button above (currently opens the website entry point).
- If your organization provides an MSIX, installer, or Microsoft Store link, use that instead.
After installation
- Sign in with the same credentials as in the browser, unless your org uses a separate device flow.
- Enable notifications if you want alerts for invitations or tasks (optional).
Updates
- iOS / Android: Keep the app updated via the store.
- Windows: Follow your distribution channel (Store, installer, auto-update).
