Order sectors
On each object, sectors can be arranged in a custom order — e.g. in the sequence you document them during a walkthrough or in a protocol.
Where to order sectors
- Open the object (object list or home screen)
- Scroll to the Sectors section
- Tap the reorder icon (two-line grip) at the top right — Order sectors
The feature is available once the object has at least two sectors.
Change the order
- Enable Order sectors — the list switches to sort mode
- Drag sectors (handle on the right) into the desired position
- Save with the checkmark at the top right
The new order is stored on the object and applies to future protocols.
Why order matters
- Structured workflow on site — e.g. entrance → living room → kitchen → bedroom
- Consistent protocols — sectors appear in the same sequence in the app and in the finished document
- Less searching when there are many rooms or sections
Grouping of sectors (e.g. Interior / Exterior) comes from master data and is preserved in the display. Create new sectors under Sectors (settings) and add them to the object.
Notes
- Ordering sectors is an object setting — not per individual protocol
- In protocol mode, sorting is locked; order sectors in the normal object view
- Default sectors and templates: Create and set up an object
