Objects
Objects are the central data foundation in deep.rent — e.g. apartments, commercial units, vehicles, or plants. Protocols always document the state at a point in time based on an object.
What an object contains
- Master data — name, address, links, static images (e.g. floor plans) — see Object details
- Contacts — roles such as owner, tenant, or property manager
- Areas (sectors) — rooms or sections used in checklists
- Meters, keys, texts — reusable building blocks for protocols
Typical workflow
- Create or import an object (see Generate an object)
- Maintain address and contacts on the object
- Start a protocol for the object (Create protocol)
