Edit contract
In the contract editor you create a deposit settlement or edit an existing contract.
Fields and flow
- Contract period (start and end)
- Deposit and currency
- Settlement line items — defect costs; items apply to the contract only, not permanently on the object
- Settlement note — free text for the PDF
- Linked protocols and tenant contacts
Actions
- Save stores the contract.
- Archive hides completed contracts from the default list.
- Generate PDF and optionally store in the archive.
