Addresses (overview)
Under Addresses you manage your address book — street, postal code, city, and country — and assign entries to objects.
Where to find it
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Under Master data, tap Addresses — or create an address from Object details.
The list is searchable. On desktop you can select multiple addresses and delete them.
Create or edit an address
Tap + (Create) or an entry in the list. Maintain:

| Street and number | Address line 1 |
| Address line 2 | Optional — e.g. floor or addition |
| Postal code, city, state | Location |
| Country | Country of the address |
Saved addresses are available when linking an object.
Use on objects
In Object details, link an address from the book or create a new address directly. The address appears in the object list, search, and protocol.
