Protocol for Unit 1

Five key benefits of self-service protocols

Share, capture, sign – structured and traceable.

  • No on-site appointment required

Participants get a secure link and complete the protocol in the browser when it suits them—no joint on-site meeting.

  • Your structure, your rules

Areas, checklists, meters, and required fields follow your object and settings—the same rigour as classic capture.

  • Clear roles: operator and participant

You control the case and release work; participants only edit what you allow. After handover, data is locked in a traceable way.

  • Signature and completion in one flow

The finished protocol can be sent for digital signature—archiving, photo upload, and distribution to stakeholders complete the process.

  • Less coordination, fewer errors

Fewer back-and-forth messages and misunderstandings: a guided web flow reduces effort for everyone involved.
